1. From the “User Management” tab at the left column of the Home page, go to the User List page.
2. Click the “Edit” button at the right end of the target user’s information.
3. On the “User Edit” page, click the “Password Change” button of the Password section.
4. Enter a new designated password to both the “Password” and the “Password Confirmation” sections. Click “Save” and password change is complete. You will be asked to enter a new password from next time you log in.
“Auto-generate”: The function to have the system automatically generate a password of random character string. When you click “Auto-generate”, an information bar will appear on the “User Edit” page, with a message saying “Automatically generated a new password. ID: (user name) / (auto-generated new password)”.
