I don’t know how to send a push notification.

There are four types of push notices:

Notification from Agent:         
The agent sends the push notification to all users of all companies.

Notification from Company:
The push notification is sent to all users of one particular company.

Notification from Department:
The push notification is sent to all users of one particular department.

Notification from Group:
The push notification is sent to all users of one particular group.

 

Following is how to send each push notification:

1. To send the push notification to all users of all companies:
First of all, you have to decide the content of the push notification.
On the Home page, click “Company Management” under “Organization Management” and you will be directed to the Company List page.
On the Company List page, there is a “Notification from Agent” button on the upper left side.


Select “Notification from Agent” and you will be directed to the Announce List page. On the Announce List page, select “Create a new” on the upper left side.


Enter the content of the announcement in the “Text” section, check the “is publish” checkbox at the “Publish status” section, and set the delivery method as well as delivery time. Click “Save”.
After you have completed saving, make sure that the new notification has been added to the Announce List.
To send a push notification, click “Send Push”.
The transmission of the push notification is complete when you see a check mark in the “Pushed” column.

The above is the cycle of sending a push notification.

The following three push notifications go through the same procedure after selecting “Notification from Company”, “Notification from Department”, or “Notification from Group”

2. To send a push notification to all users of one particular company.
On the Home page, click “Department Management” under “Organization Management” and you will be directed to the Department List page.  
On the Department List page, there is a “Notification from Company” button on the upper left side.

3. To send a push notification to all users of one particular department.
On the Home page, click “User Management” and you will be directed to the User List page.  

 

On the User List page, the “Notification from Admin” button on the upper left side.

4. To send a push notification to all users of one particular group
On the Home page, click “Group Management” and you will be directed to the Group List page.  
On the Group List page, click “Member” of the designated group.
You will be directed to the Group Member List page.  


On the Group Member List page, there is a “Notification from Group” button on the upper left side.
