If I wish to use the same course at different departments or affiliated companies, what should I do?

There are two ways of use courses at different departments or affiliated companies. One way is to assign a course to each group and another way is to duplicate courses.

In case you edit other company's courses, you need to have a authorization of Agent Management. But if you edit courses in same company, Company Management account is available for you.
